Every aparment is in the safest and friendly area or Brooklyn - Bay Ridge 11209. You will be 1/2 block from the supermarket, laundry, drug store, restaurants, and many shops for all your needs.  The apartments are approximately  1 - 3 blocks from the 77th st R train station. They are also 4 blocks for the Narrows/Hudson  river and parks. I have many refferals form past tenants that can be attained.
